CMEC completes all raft slabs for Bahrain Sitra Social Housing Project

China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC), the headquarters of CMEC Group, has finished pouring the final raft foundation slab for Phase 2 of the Sitra social housing scheme in Bahrain, marking full completion of raft slab construction for Bahrain's largest social housing development consisting of 2,877 residential units. Signed in December 2019, the seven-year project is being developed in three phases with a total floor area of around 720,000 square meters, including complete supporting infrastructure. Upon delivery, it will greatly upgrade living standards for local residents.
CAMCE achieves key milestone at Tashkent waste-to-energy plant in Uzbekistan

China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE), a subsidiary of CMEC Group, has precisely lifted and positioned the steam drum of Unit 1 at its self-invested Tashkent municipal waste incineration power plant, representing a critical breakthrough in boiler main body installation.
Construction of boiler heating surfaces and auxiliary pipelines is now in full swing. As CAMCE's first integrated investment, construction and operation project in clean energy, the facility stands as a landmark green energy achievement in Central Asia. It is expected to boost local waste recycling efficiency and strongly support Uzbekistan's low-carbon transition and energy mix optimization upon completion.
CMCU undertakes design work for Ningbo Boway Alloy Project in Nador, Morocco

CMCU Engineering Co., Ltd. (CMCU) under CMEC Group has undertaken the design work for Ningbo Boway's special alloy strip production plant located in the Nador Industrial Acceleration Zone of Morocco. The plant is designed with an annual output of 30,000 tons of specialty alloy strips for batteries, transformers and shielding components.
Once operational, it will strengthen local supply capacity of high-end electronic materials and support the global expansion of China's advanced manufacturing industrial chains.
